Video Transcript: Angela Harbinson – The Separation Guide co-founder message

Hello I’m Angela Harbison, I’m managing director of Thirst Creative. I’m one of the co-founders of The Separation Guide. My husband and business partner, Ben and I, first met Jack a couple of years ago working on mutual clients. We both had friends that have been through the separation and divorce process. They tended to have the same very difficult circumstances and the system itself seems to be really difficult and costly to navigate.
Much of the advertising in family law is around escalating and fighting which is often really unnecessary. And very little is known about the alternatives of going to court, such as facilitation and mediation. Processes that save a lot of time, money, and stress.

Mediation and facilitation put you in charge of your future. So we created a website with all the information people need to understand the process of separation and divorce. It’s got an interactive Q & A which will help you understand the best process that’s right for you.
We’ve also connected with a group of professional services that we find people need as they’re going through the process of separation and divorce.

So if you, or a friend, need help, check out The Separation Guide website to help you choose the best way forward.
